The SomaOmnia Beginners Workout is designed for those just starting to train independently and would benefit from a personal trainer’s guidance.
In this 20-minute video, you'll find a set of exercises you can easily modify based on your fitness level.
Each exercise will be demonstrated with clear instructions and modifications where necessary.
You will need the following equipment :
- Barbell (5 kg)
- Dynaband BOSU Mat Dumbbell (5 kg)
- Skipping rope
As part of this video package, you will also receive a 30-minute audio consultation,which can be booked.
