Please note: Any single consultation can only be booked once the full payment has been received 48 hours (minimum) prior to the beginning of the session.
Initial consultation can be booked for online consultations, at your work or home, or a mutually agreed space. Travel to the location may be subject to an extra charge for transport - this will be agreed prior to making the booking.
Initial consultation has to be taken within 60 working days after payment is received. Payment is non-refundable, however credit towards supplements or wellness products purchased through SomaOmnia is possible.
Please, be aware, if you have been taking any medication within 12 months from the consultation, possible pharmacist approval for your supplement plan may needed. First pharmacist approval cost is already included in your Initial Consultation cost. Further approvals may require additional charge /£20.00/ Drugs/Nutrient Interactions are important to consider.
