Terms and Conditions

• Any consultation, personal training session or package purchased is non-refundable.
• No consultation or training session will commence until the total fee has been paid by the client.
• The client agrees to confirm every consultation or session 24 hours in advance. If the client does not confirm with the practitioner 24 hours beforehand, the session will be charged.
• If the client is late for a consultation or session, both may be extended at the discretion of the practitioner, depending upon the latter’s scheduling and availability.
• If the practitioner is late for a consultation, the sessions will be extended for the period of time the practitioner was late.
• Unused sessions may be exchanged for nutrition and beauty products at SomaOmnia upon agreement with the company Founder.

Please note: Any single consultation can only be booked once the full payment has been received 48 hours (minimum) prior to the beginning of the session. Initial consultation can be booked for online consultations, at your work or home, or a mutually agreed space. Travel to the location may be subject to an extra charge for transport – this will be agreed prior to making the booking.

Initial consultation has to be taken within 60 working days after payment is received. Payment is non-refundable, however credit towards supplements or wellness products purchased through SomaOmnia is possible.

Please, be aware, if you have been taking any medication within 12 months from the consultation, possible pharmacist approval for your supplement plan may needed. First pharmacist approval cost is already included in your Initial Consultation cost. Further approvals may require additional charge /£20.00/ Drugs/Nutrient Interactions are important to consider.
