When my son was around 13-14 years of age SomaOmnia was recommended to me by his tennis coach to help with his fitness and agility. His trainer, Elena worked with him over at least two Summers and his training was very tennis specific.

Elena has been teaching fitness sessions to the Year 11 girls at school, teaching them either in pairs or individually. This is an extra curricular session which the girls choose to do and they really enjoy.
